The room is comfortable, clean and bright
The staff may not always be comfortable in English but is very friendly !
Payment in cash or with Chinese CC systems...
Breakfast is good, western and Chinese

Much improved from two years ago

This Hotel is the best I think. Their staff are very helpful. Their location in Boten is in the city centres when their guest want to eat they will have a lot of restaurants around them. But for Boten city I think because of this city is in the border with China so in this city. They have only Chinese restaurants. I can not find any Western or any Thai or Vietnamese restaurants there. I like this city but in term of the food. I think if anyone ask me if I like to return there or not. I think I will have to reconsider just because it is very hard to find another nation food.
If someone who like Chinese food then it will be very easy. They will have all of the restaurants for them.
