Thanks to Wyndham Changzou Xinbei Hotel

This was my first stay at the Changzhou Jiahong Wyndham Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed by both the atmosphere of the property and the quality of service. Although my reservation had an error with the booking date, the front desk staff, Miss Mary Wang and Sunny handled the situation with exceptional professionalism. Both ladies immediately reported the issue to the hotel manager, and while I also contacted the Gao De app platform to confirm the correction, Mary and Sunny reassured me throughout the process. Within 15 minutes, the issue was completely resolved, and they facilitated a smooth, stress-free check-in. Their warm assistance and outstanding customer service truly stood out. Mary and Sunny not only solved the problem efficiently but also made me feel genuinely welcomed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Changzhou. Thanks to the dedication of staff like Mary and Sunny, my experience exceeded expectations.

Good things :
Good quality room and bed :
Good breakfast .
Good service at restaurant.
Good service for clean room.
Things needs make better :
Price litlle high when you dont have agrement with the hotel .
Some air smoke on corridor and sometime i can smell in my room but when you use the ventilation systeme de pressure of air is positive on room and this probleme is resolve .
I think the smoke in a hotel is not appropriate .
Need pays for make laundry.
At 10:30 am the front desk hotel call you in hurry if you going stay or out ... too much pressure for nothing ! I dont like this kinds of pressure !
In generale is good hotel but the front desk need be litlle moore soft with custumer.
All hotel i visited in china i dont have pressure about money or when i go out . Just here in this hotel .
