We had a really excellent stay at The Parisian Macao. I have been traveling to Macau for more than 10 years, but this was actually my first time staying at The Parisian, and I was very happy with the experience.
What impressed me the most was the staff and the level of service. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We had originally booked a room with a double bed but wanted to change to twin beds. Even though the hotel was very full, the staff really tried their best to help us and managed the situation very well.
They were also extremely helpful with our luggage and during checkout. We had quite a lot of luggage, and the assistance we received made everything much easier.
A big applause and thank you to the entire staff. Their kindness and willingness to help really made the difference during our stay. I would definitely stay at The Parisian again, mainly because of the excellent service we received.

Best customer services received from Steven Pat and 劉松林
We always impressed of this hotel and the services which they provided.
My daughters loved their swimming pool so much so we never go to another hotels when we go to Macau.
If you like gambling just for fun then it’s good to play for a bit but watch out that don’t believe about what their advertising from the slot machine (金沙會） saying if you earn certain points then you will get a free hotel as that’s a con as we had this happened and couldn’t get a room to stay one more night.
Overall I recommended this hotel a lot as I can promise you that you will have lot of fun to stay in this hotel.
At last, i have to say thank you to the manager Steven pat also 劉松林 as they are so professional and patient to listen to us and they customer services are amazing.
If you stuck with something try to speak to them both as they will try their best to explain or sort out the problems for you as best as they can.

Wonderful stay in Macao Parisien ☺️
I had trouble in booking through AGODA.
Agoda had a problems in bookings for activities the day before. We also had a problem in accomodations reservation.
AGODA wasnt helpful at all to solve the problem because they dont have phone call numbers just emails.
I was so upset again, but the nice receptionists, who were Alex and Yoyo, HELPED me solving the problem by themselves while relieving my family and letting us just stay
It was very noticeable service to solve the customers' problem instead of leaving the problem with the customer to solve.
Also, the room conditions were very nice
I will recommend this hotel to my friends and other families
