An absolute gem!

Wow! What a fantastic hotel! The facilities are all top quality, rooms are bright and scrupulously clean with some being themed for children, but it is the staff that made my stay one of the best experiences ever. At all levels there was a genuine desire to make me happy. Questions were asked in case I had any issues (one minor - which was addressed immediately); when I dropped my coffee at breakfast the girl who helped me wouldn’t start cleaning the mess until she was sure I hadn’t scalded myself; my toothpaste was nearing the end - I returned to find a ‘tube squeezer’ next to it; I carry medication with me - I found a pill box beside them! All small gestures to show they really cared, and I appreciated this so much. I only ate breakfasts here - the wide variety of food was top rate, all beautifully presented and all delicious. My only regret is that I wasn’t able to stay longer!

Excellent service received from the time the driver picked us up from the railway station to sending us off at the railway station. During our stay there, the service is also excellent . Staff are sensitive to the needs of their customers. They go the extra miles to make our stay a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much.

Lovely hotel, helpful and kind staff, clean and with everything one needs. In a very good position, close to the crossing of two metro lines. Close to shopping malls and a good supermarket. Highly recommended.

Very helpful staff, central location and many shops and restaurants around though mostly China style food. The room is very clean, free fruit platter available every day. Fetch and send from/to train station is very much appreciated.
Overall, very satisfied with the stay. And the breakfast was good.

The service is outstanding , offering endless drinks , snacks , fruits and daily gifts . The dumplings and pear tea was very good . The porter does not want tips and very polite . Breakfast room is very nice and good spread . Every morning they asked about your room , any issue . I complained the bed is too soft and they turned the mattress . They also gave my dryer a free slot to park in front of hotel . They gave me a clothes hanger to hang my clothes as I washed some clothes , very observant staff . Only complaint is no door at toilets , bed is too soft . 5km to old town is accessible by taxi .
