Arrived at 9:00 p.m., the environment is very good, the garden design of the hot spring is better than that of Conghua Bishuiwan and Biquan Hot Spring Hotel, and the lobby also has a five-star visual sense. However, after checking in, I found that there were very few waiters, and the service could not keep up. Some parts of the room were not cleaned, and there were old water stains on the faucet that could not be cleaned. There are many, many rooms on each floor, but only one aunt is doing the cleaning. The attitude of the cleaning lady needs to be praised. She is very good. When I checked out, I met her and told her to check out. She said: Welcome to stay next time. The hotel not only has a very small number of cleaning staff, but also very few other staff. The customer service number cannot be reached at any time. In the end, I had to contact Ctrip to solve the room service problem. The hotel has ignored me for a long time. Thanks to Ctrip customer service for always comforting me. I contacted the hotel and urged the hotel staff to contact me. Finally, at 11:30 p.m., the hotel sent someone to come over for a second cleaning. The family of three waited for the cleaning to be completed before showering and resting. It was almost 1:00 p.m. Although the room rate was finally discounted to me, I hope that the hotel service can be improved to be worthy of Ctrip's rating. The next day I experienced breakfast and hot springs. There were many types of breakfast and a lot of delicious snacks. I was very satisfied; the hot spring garden environment is very good, and the area is much larger than that of Bishui Bay in Conghua, Guangdong. The hot springs are very real and the pool is very clean. The aisle of the hot spring is only the entrance of the hand-changing ring, and there is no changing room, and no shower room before soaking in the hot spring. This is flawed! Especially after visiting the whole garden, there are only 2 waiters, one is at the place where bath towels are distributed, and the other is at the fish spa pool, because the fish spa pool requires additional charges. In addition, the road signs are unclear, and there are not many signposts to find a bathroom, so it takes a long time to find them. I went to change the bath towels at the bath towel changing place, and the customer in front of me was scolded very angrily by the management aunt for a few minutes: Why do I need to change the bath towels, and it costs 3 yuan to wash a bath towel? ! Then the sentence was repeated over and over again for several minutes. I was so depressed standing in the back, and I was scolded for changing a wet towel, which really refreshed my understanding of hot spring services. In short, there is no management. Although the hardware conditions of the entertainment facilities and hot springs are still good, it is a pity that the hardware is broken, and the software management is really not good.
