The hotel is nice, all at higer floors of the building. With good view. And they provide free minibar and unlimited water. It's close to Da Guan Park.

Very comfortable and modern hôtel with a view of Kunming skyline. Conveniently located by the train station and the minority village. Perfect for a day before or after Stone Forest.

Hotel is a bit far from nearest train station but getting a cab on the street is super easy! It is close to major shopping/food areas and cab fare is very reasonable. Room and lobby are clean, breakfast is delicious and service is great! Ms Chan Yi at the front desk was extremely friendly and helped us with many questions we had. The morning shift lady at the laundry room was very nice as well. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nice, with common areas offering complimentary snacks and a free laundry area. However, it would benefit from having more staff available; we tried calling the lobby multiple times during our stay for some concerns, but unfortunately, no one answered the calls. On a positive note, the food at the restaurant is great.
