The hotel is good value for money. You will meet many Chinese there enjoying their holidays. Very firm bed and traditional Chinese breakfast. Many small details in the room appreciated.

(Screenshot attached) Because the hotel is relatively close to the place where I work, and the sanitation is acceptable, so even if the hotel environment and service are sorry for the price of 269, close to 300, I Still chose this hotel. Shenzhen, which is also a first-tier city at the same price level, beats this hotel even in the suburbs: environment, service attitude, sanitation, and surrounding facilities. I can’t say that the experience of staying in the first two times was very good, but at least I didn’t feel uncomfortable during my stay; I rarely comment on hotels, let alone find faults, so this review is all my own experience! (It was the first time I stayed in the room next to the KTV. It was New Year's Eve that night, and there was a ";lingering sound"; all night! But I went to bed very late that night, so I just passed by, didn't study it deeply, and didn't comment. I can only say that I am doing business The place is relatively close, and I slept well on the night of check-in, and I didn't feel uncomfortable in other aspects) (The second check-in was around June, and it was also for business. It was like this until around 8:10 the next morning, when our door was opened for no reason! Yes pull away! The door is open! So I called the front desk to question the front desk. The front desk said to help us investigate, and said to call us later. The investigation lasted for 5 hours, and no one called us, and no one came to the room to ask us to apologize. The ridiculous response from the hotel was that the room phone was not working! That's funny, is the mobile phone of the staff in the whole hotel broken? Won't you call customers? Won't you come up and knock on the door? So until we checked out, we questioned the front desk, and we still had an unreasonable attitude, no admission, no compromise, no apology! At this time, the hotel manager stood up and told us that it was the cleaning lady who misread the room card and opened the wrong door, and gave us a clear apology and attitude, but the solution was that no matter what compensation we asked for, the cleaning lady would bear it , the hotel is not responsible. It's ridiculous. In Nuoda Hotel, from the front desk to the cleaning, to the floor manager, there are checks at every level, but problems occur layer by layer. When something goes wrong, they don't admit it and push it all to the aunt. Shouldn't they reflect on their own internal affairs in the hotel? Management problem? Just ask, if such a hotel is not rectified, would you still dare to live in it?
