Great location

Easy walk to restaurants, shopping centres, and Jordan train station. Our hotel room was fine, small but adequate. Reception were very helpful with any queries. Breakfast was basic, but again it was fine for what we paid. Good area to walk around

The storage fee of “HKD 150” per piece of luggage per day is completely excessive. I left my bags at the hotel between my stays and returned a few days later for my second booking, which resulted in an unexpected charge of several hundred dollars. As a returning guest with consecutive bookings, charging such an exorbitant fee for standard luggage storage is unacceptable and poor customer service. I am highly dissatisfied and frustrated with this hidden expense. I request a review of these charges…!

My stay was very disappointing. The woman at the reception who handled my check-in was extremely rude and unprofessional, which set a terrible tone for the entire visit. I would not recommend this hotel based on the service.
