everything was great. the staff is very responsive. You could leave your luggage and check in earlier. It was a little difficult to find a hotel since it was my first time in Hong Kong. The room itself is small but comfortable. Good location

Misleading Name and Little Support for Late Arrivals

This was one of the worst hotels in Hong Kong I have ever stayed in. The room was extremely small and felt like a prison cell, even by typical Hong Kong micro‑inn standards. We arrived after midnight and were unable to contact the owner. We could not even find the hotel at first, as there was no “Jordan Comfort Inn” at the listed address, only a “Comfort Inn.” The instructions directed us to another building, but its name was written only in Korean, which made it very difficult to locate. When we reached the building we suspected was correct, we encountered a Japanese guest standing outside a locked door with police officers; from what we understood, she had left her luggage inside and was unable to retrieve it because the door was locked and the front desk could not be reached. We eventually realized that this hotel operates two properties across the street from each other, with the front desk in one building that closes during off‑hours. If you arrive late, you are essentially left on your own. In our case, the room key had been left outside the door of the first building, which we had to find and then carry across to the second building where our room actually was. As an experienced traveler who has stayed at many budget micro‑inns in Hong Kong, this property falls well below my minimum standards. I honestly do not understand how it has received positive reviews on Trip.com, Agoda, or other platforms, and I will definitely not return.

The rooms are located in the building from the photo and is very difficult to find. Also, if you arrive at night there are no instructions to check in. The rooms is basic, small and quite clean. Is very well located.

Really hard to find fault, paid a fair price for excellent service. Rooms are small but clean and have everything you need for a short stay.
