It was noisy all night. You can hear banging noises throughout the night. People were not in the hostel at 10:00 AM eventhough the website says 24 hour front desk staff. The most important part of the problem is the hot water issue. Hot water was extremely hot. I got a burnt from it. When I turn the water off, the hot water was still running for about ten more seconds. It's like a steam room afterwards.

The room was loud. Window not to be closed. No soap in bathroom. Blanket not clean. Never again this hostel.

Poor customer service and scared to stay there

I just called to cancel my reservation bc I changed my mind about place of stay only to hear we can’t cancel bc we have no access and the man yelled at me and made me feel uncomfortable.

Wrong title of the Hotel ,its actual name is European Hotel

Have no coffee/water as mentioned have free wifi but no have LCD Tv but no channels no remote ,have AC but no remote to control the temperature,bathrooms have shampoo and bodygel and also have toothbrush and tooth paste ,clean rooms but staff takes your requests as per their will. Boss is nice, friendly & gentleman . Front Desk is at 16th Floor not at 8th floor and they dont accept it as mistake and dont bother to modify even you make them aware. Tip : Better contact them on whatsapp for more details before you arrive there. I got this hotel room booked at most cheapest price through MMT less than i have ever got .
