Great family stay at Conrad Hong Kong
We had a really lovely family stay at Conrad Hong Kong. As a Diamond member, I really appreciated the warm welcome from Scott, and Harvey also stopped by just to say hi and have a casual chat. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade.
Breakfast was excellent, and my family really enjoyed the Executive Lounge. A special shout-out to Bryan, who really stood out during our stay. He made sure our whole family was well looked after and always made us feel welcome.
The location is also super convenient, right above Pacific Place with easy connections to the shopping areas and MTR.
Overall, definitely one of the highlights of our Hong Kong trip. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of my family! ❤️

Superior Hotel and Executive Lounge service exceptional
We had an excellent stay at the Conrad Hong Kong and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Harvey, the Front of House Manager, was incredibly helpful and organised our room perfectly, making check-in smooth and welcoming.
A special mention also goes to Sarah and Ken in the Executive Lounge, who both provided consistently warm, attentive, and professional service throughout our stay. However, the standout experience was with Moby in the Executive Lounge. He went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, giving us fantastic recommendations for things to do, including advice on visiting Victoria Peak, restaurant suggestions, and helpful local tips that really enhanced our time in Hong Kong.
The Executive Lounge itself was absolutely worth the extra cost. The service was exceptional, the drinks selection was very good, and the food offerings were surprisingly generous and high quality. It added a real luxury touch to the overall experience.
If you’re visiting Hong Kong and looking for a hotel with excellent hospitality, a great location, and genuinely attentive colleagues, I would absolutely recommend the Conrad Hong Kong and strongly suggest upgrading to include Executive Lounge access. Thank you again to the whole team for such a memorable stay.

Great stay

Great view of the harbour
Conrad HK was accessible to the MTR Admiralty Station wherein you don't have to carry your bags back and forth to MTR that you need to walk a flight of stairs to go to the main concourse. Beds were a little bit small as the configuration even when upgraded as a diamond member was 1.2*2 m. Room was normal in size but bathroom was huge. Was upgraded to the highest floor with a wonderful view of the harbour. Would like to commend Paolo and the handsome guy Rommel who assisted me in the pool as they were very attentive to my needs.

We always stay in Conrad HK when we go to HK. The rooms are spacious and breakfast buffet has many options. Our only issue this trip was the check-in. We arrived at 430pm and was informed that one of our rooms was still being checked by Housekeeping. It should be ready in 15minutes. After 30minutes, our room was still not ready. We finally got our room at 530pm. Other than that, our stay was all good. We booked 3 rooms total and requested all rooms to be on the same floor.
