A lovely hotel with a great blend of ancient style and modern amenities. The room was super comfortable and had a great view of the nearby park.

Impressive hotel, especially at night when all lit up. Large rooms. Huge breakfast buffet. Very caring staff (for example Hao Zheng at the front desk). Good location. Recommended

I booked a suite at Shanxi Hotel. Oh boy, what a stay!!! The hotel looks like a courtyard. The receptionist and the bellboy were all very cordial. They carried my luggage to the room for free. Our room was in another building so they advised us we could check out without coming back to the reception desk again. Just leave the keys in the room. The room was quite spacious with lots of amenities. I am very surprised they offer in-room laundry detergent and electric cloth dryer for hanging clothes. They consider every aspect of my stay and I would give them 5 out of 5 stars.

Great location very close to Bell Tower Street and the park near the hotel that is also amazing. The location is also so beautiful
Very good breakfast with different kind of foods
Facilities are a little old but the bathroom is amazing (Japanese WC and very comfortable shower)
