What a wonderful location - so central to all the tourist attractions. I loved the quaintness of the setting. However, a lone foreigner during Labor Holiday can be a challenge. The staff tried their best and was very welcoming. The price is a bit steep, but I guess due to the holidays. Breakfast was just so-so and dinner as well. However, I had a great stay.

Hotel is situated very near to the shores of the famous West Lake. You'll reach it in less than 8 minutes walk from the hotel reception entrance. It's quiet and is actually part of a purpose built housing estate for the local residents. A lovely quiet and peaceful compound. Staff are efficient, courteous and well presented. We got an lovely upgrade to a suite, which we weren't expecting. HUGE room with lounge and office space. Great in-room facilities: delonghi kettle, Nespresso machine, great toiletries from L’Occitane and a platter of fresh fruit on arrival. Bed was comfy and bathroom was amazing. We were only there for one night but we would definitely rrturn for thaf. I would, however, I would probably give the breakfast and dinner package a miss. It didn't have the same quality as the impression that hotel wants to give. For me it tasted like pre-prepared and then re-heated food. It was well presented but lacking in proper freshness. Breakfast again well presented but not the greatest quality. In a nutshell, location great, room great, food package... Not so. Would return!

整个行程都充满着惊喜，非常满意。
还未入住的时候给升级了套房，房间很大很方便。
管家服务很贴心有求必应，管家小黄超级好，忙前忙后的。
早餐和套餐餐食味道好，有一种家里吃饭的味道。位置在灵隐寺附近，出行很方便，门口就是一片茶园，景色优美空气好。
下次来杭州还会选择这里。

最近入住了这家酒店，整体体验有亮点也有可改进之处。首先必须称赞的是酒店环境非常出色，就在茅家埠旁边。
不过房间部分设备略显一般，例如水池下水稍慢，连网不好，但总体上不影响使用体验。
唯一遗憾的是卫生细节有待加强，地毯局部有轻微污渍残留，浴室墙角可见少量水垢堆积。虽然床品整洁无异味，但若能提升日常清洁的细致度会更完美。总体来说性价比不高。

本次入住的体验非常好，房间宽敞明亮干净，戴森吹风机、克勒卫浴、欧舒丹洗浴用品，还有咖啡机、茶具，配备非常齐全，还有入住小礼物（书签、眼罩），可见酒店的非常之用心。还要夸一下的就是洗澡水流特别大，很舒服。酒店算是开在一个联排别墅区里的，看到里面还有住家的，整个小区很干净，绿化率很高，也很安静。唯一缺点是这个季节有蚊子了，不过还好不影响休息。
