Still a very good stay with a Hilton Property
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel room is very nice and comfortable. I like the nesting coffee table which is brilliant for space saving. But when we wanted to sleep, we did not know how to turn off the night light 小夜灯. When all lights were turned off, the night light would be turned on automatically. We wanted to keep the toilet light turned on but other room lights would be turned on when the toilet light was turned on. There was no way to have a totally dark room. The light control switch beside the bed was also shining bright when all lights, except the night light was turned off. We had to use a cushion to cover the light control switch, and a cloth to cover the night light so the room could be dark and we could sleep.
Btw, could you please teach the chef how to cook an omelette? The chef did not know how to cook omelette.
The hotel is a good hotel but when using various apps like Google maps, alipay, 高德地图， to search for the hotel location, the hotel does not feature on the apps. We have to tell taxi drivers to drive to the area first, then look out the taxi window to point to the taxi driver the hotel.
During our check out, there were 2 men seated at the lounge area near the door talking. After checking out, we stood at the door waiting for our private hire ride (Didi). These two men kept looking at us for 10 minutes while we were waiting. One of these men came up to us and asked us if we were leaving. I thought he was a hotel staff as he was wearing black long sleeved shirt / jacket and pants like a service staff. I replied him yes, we were leaving. However, we realised later that he was not a hotel staff. He stood beside us outside the hotel entrance until we left. The hotel needs to beef up its security as there are outsiders approaching hotel guests like this. I do not know his intention of striking up a conversation like this, but it is very suspicious.
