older facility, not ideal for respiratory sensitive group

The hotel's a bit older, the service was great, breakfast was great, and the hotel restaurant was fantastic. I would write this as a four-star facility, but because the air conditioning system was older, and it struggled to cool the room, and because I have allergies I can always tell when a hotel does a good job with the air conditioning system and filtration. and I have problems with allergy at this hotel and was okay as soon as I left. I deduct it one star for that.

Everything you would expect from a five star hotel. From excellent service, great room, convenient location, tremendous breakfast selection, etc. HIghly recommend to anyone staying in Hangzhou.
