Hotel staff (especially Xiao Yan and another manager who helped me) were extremely helpful and efficient as I had an error in booking but they handled it swiftly. Room was very new clean and had good amenities. Breakfast spread was good. The area of the hotel was very convenient as the mall is just opposite the hotel. Will definitely recommend to families who is traveling to Haikou! Thank you staff at Junhao hotel!

This hotel is incredibly comfortable and conveniently located, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and various stores. Even at night, the area around the hotel is lively and feels safe.
The room is spacious and very clean, with all the bathroom amenities fully provided — you barely need to bring anything yourself.
The front desk staff are lovely and kind. Although they don’t speak English, they used a translation app to communicate and provided genuinely warm service.

Throughout my stay, Front Desk Xiao Deng went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whenever I had questions about local attractions or needed assistance with reservations, he responded promptly with helpful, What stood out most was he proactive willingness to assist: one evening, when I encountered a small issue with my room, he resolved it swiftly and followed up personally to ensure I was satisfied.On check-out, leaving a lasting positive impression. I wholeheartedly commend Xiao Deng for he outstanding service and would gladly recommend your hotel to others, knowing they will be in such capable and caring hands.
