Nice looking hotel with a very good location near Dali Ancient City. Clean and new looking hotel. The hotel was full and because we checked in late, We were given a free upgrade so.... Service very good too 😂. Was confident this hotel would get a 5/5 but... On the second day there was no refill of the rooms mineral water. Also on the second day, there was no butter at the breakfast service. So unfortunately, had to deduct 1 star for amenities.

Hotel Review
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was fantastic — close to everything and very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.
However, there were several issues that affected my stay. The room was quite cold, and at times there was a power outage. In the gym, several machines were either broken or not working properly. The sauna was unfortunately out of order, and only two out of four spa facilities were functional. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool was unusable in December due to the freezing temperatures.
Overall, while the place looks good and the service was kind, the facilities need maintenance and improvement to make the stay more comfortable.

The room is super big with nice big toilet. Love it.  Easy to get foods at surroundings. The only inconvenience part is the  main road was closed due to major repairs, thus we hv to push the luggage to and flow the road.

The hotel is conveniently located just opposite the old town so it is very convenient to move around places. The bed is very comfortable and the place is clean although the hotel looks old.

I booked this place randomly and was pleasantly surprised. As we were staying on the top floor, the ceiling had a panel that could open up remotely with a button on the wall. The curtain was also remote controlled, and the toilet featured an electrical bidet. Other than a swimming pool, the hotel had an onsen which I didn't use as it was hot the few days I stayed there. There were also laundry machines and dryers that could be used freely without any charges, including free detergents. The hotel was well decorated with beautiful flowers and you could also catch the sunset towards the direction of Cangshan. The staff were all very polite, and the front desk staff were helpful with various questions that we had.
The hotel is one street away from Dali Old Town. There are restaurants nearby whether inside or outside the old town, as well as convenience stores. The area is also within walking distance from the Sanyue street.
