In general a nice modern hotel, close to the metro station and many food and shopping options around. Unfortunately in the bathroom there was a strong smell of urine, visually everything looked clean so I’m not sure where it was coming from. The reception staff didn’t speak English but they did their best to be helpful using a translation app.

Metro is just few steps away but it’s inconvenient to go to most places with metro cuz you need to transfer a lot. Toilet smells like urine.

Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful, from the check in till check out, everything is smooth. Hotel amenities are in great condition and breakfast is superb tasting

Spotless clean room. But most importantly, staff are super friendly and help me with all concerns especially when my stupid carry-on luggage went dead and they helped get another one just in 60 min. Amazing!! Highly recommended to anyone coming to Chengdu and have a nice stays in this hotel

This place was a good place to stay, in a good location with loads of food and even in-house amenities but if you’re used to the China service standards (which is always amazing) this place might not be it for you, as it feels rather mechanical and requests may be slow to be fulfilled
