Hotel location is conveniently located, just a short walk from Tianfu Square station (Exit E).
Staffs are generally helpful and was also kind to safekeep our Taobao parcels. There is also complimentary luggage storage if you are travelling out of the city for a couple of days.
Room was clean, hot water comes on quickly (esp helpful for this chilly weather) and water pressure is strong too.
Only downside was the lifts, where there are several other hotels in the same building hence the waiting time could take awhile.
Nevertheless, given the price and all, we will definitely consider this hotel again when we return to Chengdu.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible service at the reception. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and taken care of with genuine kindness and attention to detail.
Special thanks to 小杨 (Xiao Yang) and 美子 (Mei Zi), who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their helpfulness and professionalism made us feel right at home. They are a true asset to the hotel, staff like them make all the difference. The hotel is very lucky to have such dedicated and wonderful team members.
Also the cleaning staff is very friendly. Rooms are very neat. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very big room for the price. The rooms are clean and new and very well equipped. Staff also escorted me to the room and gave me a simple room tour, which was a nice touch.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond. All the facilities promised were provided without any issues. A pleasant and hassle-free stay!
