Value for money. Location is near city centre and just 5 min from metro so convenient to get around. Room inclusive of buffet breakfast . Originally was worried if the rooms will be old but turn out pretty well. Reception staff were all friendly. I requested late check out due to train schedule but the receptionist on duty told me to request next morning. Before I could request again, someone contacted me to offer late checkout. The service team seamless handover was superb! specially shoutout to the room attendant that cleaned our room. The room was clean, tidy and smell good. She even cleaned our spectacles and wrote a small note. What a personal touch that I did not expect of the hotel given the room rate was affordable. Will definitely be back if I visit Changsha again!

We found this hotel really great.
Breakfast, comfort, cleanliness, location, we unfortunately only stayed one night and didn't want to leave.
Very comfortable laundry room.
I only wanted to report one negative thing, they should be stricter in enforcing the ban on smoking in the lift and common areas.
Sometimes we entered the lift and there was an unbearable stench.

Thank you to attendant No. 11, who assisted with check-in and luggage delivery, and lovely housekeeper who has excellent service for room no. 1406 . I stay 3 nights feel like home, very cleanliness. I can sleep well. This hotel good location which easy to Metro line 3 for go to shopping area Wuyi square.

The rating says it all. Did not expect much but the hotel is truly awesome. Friendly staffs, clean room, great location, kids friendly. Would definitely come back.
