The hotel is top notch in terms of facilities, sanitation, and environment, and the service is even better, especially Li Mengjiao, Wang Rui, Dai Bangzhi, and Yang Genzhu at the front desk. The beautiful scenery of Longshang River, together with Li Mengjiao's company and explanation, impressed us deeply. We also thank Wang Rui at the front desk for the small gift. I like it very much.

The environment is beautiful; the bathing in the house has a good view, and the restaurant and spa are good; the service is very good. Mr. Wei from the hotel helped a lot by coordinating the check-in time. When he learned that the items left in other hotels in Tengchong, he took the initiative to help us get them back after we checked in Leave it to us in good condition, and the red wine presented by the hotel is not convenient to carry, and it will be delivered to our home by express delivery! The garden villa experience is great, the hot spring water is superb, and the little brother Martin who is in charge of the reception in the lobby has a very good service. I remember Banyan Tree Tengchong, and I will come again next year.

It's an amazing hotel. After entering the hotel, I was attracted by the beautiful scenery. I didn't come to the wrong place. The room is even more carefully furnished. It was a perfect trip to Tengchong, the hotel service is unparalleled, the room is very comfortable, and the own bubble pool is really amazing👍! I heard from the local master that this season is the ginkgo season in Tengchong. The scenery of the hotel is unparalleled, and the ginkgo leaves have turned yellow.
