In the past, I always chose Shanggao Guest House when I went back to my hometown, but this time the check-in experience was very bad. I checked in after 9 pm on the first day, and only found shoe prints and dirt after using the shower room (video 1). It was too late and I was unhappy, so I called the service desk to arrange for staff to do the cleaning work (Figure 2 cleaning and sanitation), and then I was about to go to bed and found that there was hair beside the pillow, I was really speechless😓, fortunately I brought my own That's it for the dirty sheets. I went out on the morning of the 12th and went back to the hotel at noon to rest, but found that the local hygiene was not done (because I stayed for 6 consecutive days, I told the cleaning many times that I didn't need to change the sheets and quilts every day, so I collected garbage and added sanitary products and bottled water. Just fine), called the service desk, and it turned out to be a lot of reasons. . . . . , Well, I also put up with it. Under mutual understanding, the TV could not be turned on normally. I also asked the staff to open it once two days ago, and then called the service desk. Come on😅, the cleaning staff on duty can't open it either, so he will go out after cleaning. I originally thought, if you can't open the cleaning, you have to send another person to open it again, but no one came until 4:00 in the afternoon, it's hard to come Is there only one cleaning staff in the Nuoda Hotel to do logistical support? ! ? I came here with my 80-year-old mother, and it was so boring for the elderly to watch without TV. ...really the experience of staying this time was too bad. The only thing that makes me feel that it is ok is that the breakfast is relatively rich. For this old-fashioned hotel with a superior geographical location, we hope to strengthen the service awareness and service level of the front desk staff and cleaning, so as to continue to maintain the occupancy.
