Great view

The room is perfect for a couple. It's clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Its location is great, too. Cerro Alegre is full of cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful murals.
The 24/7 reception is also great. Every receptionist was attentive and friendly.
The room was clean and spacious with a big bathroom and a great view of the hills.
The rooftop restaurant has amazing food. I highly recommend the Chilean seaweed ceviche, it was delicious!
The view of the hills and Valparaíso Bay was amazing, too.
I would recommend it!

The first room they gave me was by the lobby and it was a little noisy and the room small but they were able to change the room to a larger one and a lot quieter. The staff was very helpful with places to go and things to see. They were able to provide transportation to viña Del Mar and Santiago. The overall experience was great.

Great hotel in a very good location

Great hotel in very good location. A beautiful roof terrace where you can have breakfast and later be used as a very good restaurant. Some rooms even have a small terrace.

Boutique hotel, full of charm. Wonderful roof-top restaurant. Staff at desk very helpful. However, if you have mobility issues be aware that there are no elevators. Ask for a room on the ground floor but know that you will have to climb a long flight of stairs for the included breakfast. But it is totally worth it! Would absolutely stay again

It is not a three-star hotel.

Do they call the Fauna Hotel a three-star hotel? No elevator, no heating, no TV, and no wardrobe. It may be fine for those who like a bohemian neighborhood. I just stayed there and had to carry my luggage down due to the lack of an elevator; it is evident that it is not a three-star hotel.
