Hotel Restoration

The restaurant to eat at night is very very good , the spectacular food but especially Rafael's attention, very warm and patient because we were several and super pending us to see what we needed.
The impeccable hotel would just add a bathtub soap!

I need pay extra fee, after pay my stay. The elevator is broken , my room is in 4th floor, I need use the stairs. The phone in my room no working, when I need something I need going down stair all the time

Good.

Good comfortable and clean room, attention in restaurant very well. Lack of improvement in the logistics aspect of parking and dependency maintenance in the hotel I mean what was wrong the elevator and very high heating

No elevator and no room feeding service

I am a 70-year-old, with certain disabilities to move , first I was given a fourth floor and then second floor which is actually a third because there is a mezzanine, I was told that the elevator would be fixed shortly which did not happen in the three days I was.
There is no room feeding service which given my health condition is a problem.
The windows and glass were very dirty with bird droppings.
