Excellent stay
The view from the room is surreal! Daily cleaning, changing towels. Congratulations to the entire staff!

I picked up this hotel because I'd read in the reviews that if the room is available you'll get it right away. I arrived at 8 am after an 8-hour flight. I was exhausted. And guess what? They gave me the room. From that moment on, everything on the part of the guys at the reception desk was but kindness. Thank you for making my stay an awesome one!

IT'S NOT 4 STARS, BUT IT MUST BE SIDO
- The room does not have a fridge bar;
- The room does not have a stable wi-fi signal, it is necessary to exit to the hallway to get a connection.
Despite various complaints, there was always a protocolary excuse:
" It's just a defect in the antenna, we'll already trigger the technician";
"The technician has been called, just one more moment";
"But the technician has already arranged. Are you still in trouble? I'll trigger it again,"
"Are you typing the password correctly?"
- Ramal for communication with reception 3005, as stated on the room plaque, calls, calls but no one responds.
- Box and bathroom sink with limo accumulation in the corners.
- Metallic shower drive with apparent usage aspect.
Conclusion: hotel and booking agencies could not sell it and also encrypt it as 4 stars, it is at the very least dishonest, inducing to misleading purchase.
Note: Items such as breakfast and wardrobe, are impeccable, these make jus to 4 stars.

Excellent stay in Providencia
I stayed at Hotel Terrado Lyon and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Providencia, near the metro, restaurants and shopping centers, which makes it much easier to get around Santiago.
The room was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped. I especially highlight the cleanliness and tranquility to rest. Breakfast was varied and very good quality.
The staff was always friendly and predisposed to help at all times, providing warm and professional care.
We would definitely stay again on the next visit to Chile. Highly recommended!
