Beautiful view

Lovely view of lake and volcanoes from huge windows. Staff helpful and the apartment is well appointed. Good location within walking distance from the city.
Located along the coast road, part unpaved and up a hill. If in a small car and not experienced with this type of road it may be difficult to drive up the hill.

Awesome place! This is the spot!

Arrived in Puerto Varas and tried following google maps to get to the location. Wrong thing to do. Due to the one way streets, best thing to do, is get to the waters edge and go all the way to the west on Santa Rosa. Means driving the lakeside drive, then into the gravel road,/public beach parking area and up a bit of a gravel slope.
This place is awesome! Beautiful views of the lake, the unit we were in is a studio, but very well appointed and laid out; great for a couple. Very clean as well! Great kitchenette - and also has barbecues outside - need to bring your own briquettes and lighter! Wifi was excellent - best in Chile so far! Bed very comfy, lots of hot water. Really appreciated the kettle, microwave and two burner stove. We were met by Claudia, who speaks excellent English and has travelled the world. She was very helpful in terms of directing us to the "must sees" of town and restaurants. Very handy to downtown - 15 - 20 minute walk for us to restaurants, grocery stores and the malacon.
They have Netflix though we didn't watch TV at all so cannot vouch for it. Just know that it was clean, safe, comfortable and very considerate of our needs. For instance, I am celiac, and I asked for gluten free restaurants that really know the meaning of GF. She recommended one that was incredbly delicious.
Best advice I can give: in a heartbeat we would return to this location. Perfect for us and for anyone wanting a view, cooking facilities and a quiet environment. I highly recommend.

Spectacular views

House is located at a dead end road on top of a hill overlooking the lake, with a great view of the volcanoes.We stayed in #8 which has an extra large window on the side in the master bedroom. Other bedroom has twin beds. Large, bright spotlessly clean apartment, well equipped. Lovely bathroom.
15 mins walk to bars, cafes, restaurants, shops.5 mins from beach.
Claudia speaks English very well and is extremely helpful with information and ideas.
Free parking.

An excellent place with a great manager/owner

This apartment hotel had lots of space and had a great view of the mountains and the lake. It is conveniently located close to the restaurants and stores.The manager (owner?) was extremely responsive and helpful. Would high recommend.

Amazing Views

Wow what a gem find.
Booked a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom studio.
Most amazing views to Orsanso Volcano.
Meticulous clean. 1 king size bed, 2 single beds.
Free parking easy 5-10 minute walk into heart of Puerto Varas
Free wifi.
Note however at the end of Santa Rosa, you are not getting lost!!!
Very warm friendly welcome by Enrinque.
Upstairs & downstairs so mobility issues request downstairs.
