Excellent!!

Highly recommended!! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! It has good blackout curtains and the breakfast is truly spectacular!!! The staff is very, very friendly

Price quality not worth it

A sad experience, we immediately reported that the room was very dirty and we went on to make enemies.
Manager don Pablo Then, hotel manager did not respond to emails with attached photos and never received us in his office while present at the Hotel

Hotel experience of Puerto Montt , Chilr

Well located hotel. Excellent view of breakfast and restaurant. Very complete breakfast offer, but served 7:30 and excursions start at 8, which makes breakfast fast. A single elevator operates which complicates its use at peak times.
More amenities would be missing.
Very remarkable the friendliness of the reception and breakfast staff. They advise and attend very kindly.
The cleanliness of the room and common spaces is very good.
Highly recommended.

They make charges that are not detailed anywhere in the room and less at check in

We had problems at the time of check out, we were never informed that the minibar had charge also in the room there is no information about it and less we were informed at check in, which when we withdrew we were overcharged, hours later we submitted the claim and we were just told that the amount had miscalculated and had to refund us a part and that we could only withdraw it at the hotel, there was no other refund facility. We also requested the detailed values and were only told that it would reach us in the mail, which never happened.
