Quiet Luxury and Authentic Chilean Calm at Termas Huife

We stayed three nights and two full days at Termas Huife, and it was everything we hoped for and more. We loved our private suite with its own tub, overlooking a bubbling river, framed by towering, lush forest. It felt deeply peaceful, the kind of place where time loosens its grip and your nervous system finally exhales.
The massages were excellent, truly restorative, and we loved being able to hike the property and explore nearby highlights. A visit to Ojos del Caburgua was absolutely worth it and paired perfectly with the slower rhythm of Huife.
A special thank you to Pedro and Alejandra, who went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed.
One small challenge, entirely on us, was that we need to work on our Spanish. There are not many English speakers, but that’s part of the experience and part of immersing yourself in the culture. This is not a touristy resort. It’s a place to slow down, unplug, and embrace the Chilean way of life.
If you’re looking for relaxation, nature, and an authentic experience, we highly recommend Termas Huife. We would return in a heartbeat.

Nice but uncomfortable.

While the place is very nice, there are some details that could be improved, which did not prevent our visit from being a delight. The price per person is high and does not include all the amenities.
Firstly, they do not offer rental of robes and towels for visitors, only for sale.
Regarding the facilities, the changing rooms are uncomfortable. They do not have integrated bathrooms or showers, which complicates logistics, especially with children. To go to the bathroom, you have to go up wet to the second floor.

Improve reception

It is the second time I visit the baths in the off-season, but as a suggestion hopefully they will improve reception, the guy who attends needs to improve sociability and have soft skills to better serve customers, since it is the face of the baths, the first impression, it is the first one you talk to when entering and both times I did not like their attention.
Secondly as a suggestion they should be more flexible with the menu, the food is exquisite, but we asked to exchange one liking for another, and they did not want to, charged us extra and we did not even serve the original aggregate.
Otherwise all well, I congratulate Don Luis the waiter for his kind attention.

Very nice experience we lived with friends!!
The place is wonderful, the baths well kept and be facing the river on a spectacular rainy day.
Special thanks to Alejandra who gave exceptional service!! And he helped us a lot.
We will definitely return

Excellent Hotel & Baths

Excellent place, very comfortable. Several thermal pools. Hotel with breakfast included. It has a restaurant for lunch and dinner. On this date (January) few people.
