Pisco elqui lacks desire for tourism

the room has no air conditioning, no tv, no WiFi. The bed sheets and towels all have (yellow) stains - we got them replaced and the new also had stains. The appliances do not work properly (shower). The bathroom has no hooks for towels. In total, the room, is below average. The big advertising to see the stars from the bed does not work if the window is not clean, also if the room gets hot and has no air conditioning.
The restaurant‘s food was slightly off - not worth the price in my opinion. I ordered a salad and a starter, each for about 13.000 CLP, and it did not seem fresh and also did not contain what the menu said it should contain. The pisco sour promo (3 varieties) were not freshly mixed.

The service personnel was all over very nice.
The breakfast was good. It looks little, but you can ask for more.
The premises are very nice, resort like. There are cats, that enter your room if you are not careful. I, personally, liked that, though.

Treasure of Bedbugs
It should not be considered hotel are cabins, do not have air conditioning the room is very hot in summer, an oven, privacy 0 the kind of terrace gives with a walkable corridor and in front of other cabins, the pool seen in the image was taken out with wide angle, the pool is small in relation to the photograph of the page.
Experience Bed bugs
The first night in the bed type 3 am I feel a bite and it was a scissor that was at the foot of the bed in the sheet, ok by how it was in nature I said it is possible that this will happen, I did not claim, the next day and last night, I feel that something itches me check the bed and there was nothing, then I wake up again and check my pajamas, for me surprise I had a bed bug on me, we took out the sheets and mattress (mattress that was with urine stains) and 2 more bed bugs appeared at the base of the bed, the disgust I felt was horrible being 4 in the morning nobody helped us, I spoke to the WhatsApp of the supposed hotel and nothing nisiquera during business hours responded to me, we had to sleep in the car two hours and then we went to a kind of hammock that was in front of the pool.
My partner talks with the administrator and the only solution that gives is a free night when we wanted and that we should claim in Booking since with them the reservation was made and management would not do anything else, like accept this type of "compensation" if the place you choose to rest is so NEFARIOUS, we had no idea what it was really like and the truth is disappointing, I never return again.
Product of these bites I had to go to the doctor because I am allergic to insect bites, 0 helps the supposed hotel.
The only thing I can rescue is breakfast and the waiters, local cooks.
