Well, the best is its location
The room was huge, as was the bathroom.
Its location is very good, next to a supermarket, and they allow you to bring in something to eat and drink without problems.
Breakfast was a simple buffet, but with a variety of savory, sweet and fruit.
They have parking, which is free if you leave before 8:30 a.m., then you must pay $5,000.-.
Although it has an elevator, to go to the third floor you must climb about 6 steps since the elevator stops between 2 and 3 (important if older adults or people with mobility problems are going).
Its location is very good, next to a supermarket, and they allow you to bring in something to eat and drink without problems.

Borderline
It is just off a very busy road in the middle of town, so to arrive by car on a Saturday afternoon and find there was nowhere to park was annoying. If they had told me prior to my arrival that I had to park at the shared Unimarc supermarket car park behind the hotel, it would have saved me a lot of hassle. The location if you are going shopping is perfect, but it is not good for evening entertainment unless you like run down bars with crap beer. The hotel itself is a little depressing, the wifi didn't work and the breakfast was not too good. The staff were friendly, hence the 3 points. It's a budget hotel but I still feel it is overpriced.

hard to find in middle of shopping mall - a bit basic
after three times driving past on the main street we finally saw the small hotel sign above the shopping mall entrance and my colleague went inside to find out how to get to the car park at the rear.
turns out you head down a pedestrian street then into the side of a supermarket car park which was actually quite convenient once found
cheerful lady who spoke good English checked us in and showed us the room which was a bit basic with no ac and a poor quality bed with tiny bathroom which did have a full size bath tub
luckily we were on the shady side in the afternoon and opened our windows to let the breeze cool the air on a very hot day. we left it open overningt and there didn't seem to be a mossie problem
the room did have a safe but no-one seemed to know how to open it. finally after 11pm it was unlocked
not much of a choice of restaurants in the centre of town although the hotel did have a café which was very reasonably priced
we slept well, there was no noise until the following morning and breakfast, in the café opposite, was pretty good
this is more like a hostel than a hotel in my opinion, but the people were very helpful to us and we did enjoy our stay

Centrico pero necesita arreglos
Invitamos a mi papa con su señora a Chillán a pasar un aniversario de matrimonio de una tía. Eramos 8 personas y encontramos este hotel super céntrico que nos acomodaba en precio vs. ubicación. El hotel muy simple y básico y está bien cuando necesitas Bed&Breakfast.
No esperes lujos! A la señora de mi papá que está acostumbrada a lugares mas modernos y de mayor categoría no le gustó para nada! Lo encontró viejo y sucio por que tiene alfombra y los Españoles odian las alfombras! Para mi estuvo bien solo lo quería para dormir pero si las alfombras no me "daban mucha confianza", así que a mis hijitas no las dejaba caminar a pie pelado por que eran bastante antiguas. Supongo que poner piso flotante debe ser muy costoso y es un hotel muy MUY sencillo. Lo que si NO ME GUSTO PARA NADA es que las ventanas tenían velo y cortina de color pero SIN BLACKOUT y las 3 habitaciones que nos dieron eran con orientación oriente es decir el sol nos pegaba TEMPRANITO por la mañana y el calor era INSOPORTABLE! Podrían invertir en Blackout que es algo barato (más barato que los ventiladores tipo hélice que hay en cada habitación). Lo otro, es que para el desayuno solo hay café en polvo tipo Nescafé. Nada de café de grano. La señora de mi papa y mi papa iban a tomar café por la mañana a un restorán por que los extranjeros están MUY acostumbrados al café de grano.

Para pasar la noche
Hotel en pleno centro bien ubicado.
Hotel con buena calefacción. Camas cómodas. Buen desayuno.
Lo malo: se comparte estacionamiento con supermercado unimarc por lo que si esta lleno hay que esperar. Olor a cigarro en las habitaciones. Se escucha la televisión de la pieza de al lado. Infraestructura a mejorar. Pero por el precio esta más que aceptable. Viajamos 3 adultos 2 niños. Se comparte cama matrimonial con uno de los niños
