Beautiful experience

From the beginning they communicated with us, very clear information. Very comfortable, clean, warm and with parking. Very good experience.
In the morning the swans swam in front of our terrace. It met our expectations.

Below expectations. Except location, not much else to offer

Not what we expected, location is good, apartment accommodation has the minimum required for a short stay, lacks kitchen tools, it is impossible to contact reception or find someone afterhours, contact phone posted at the reception never answers. No flexibility for a late check out (1 hour) unless you pay extra.
High cost for the value it provides.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT STAY HERE!

If you have a reservation at this hotel, cancel it!
If you have already paid, demand a refund!
If you are considering this hotel as an option for your stay in Castro, look for another place to stay!
I am a frequent traveler for professional and personal reasons. I spend three-quarters of my year away from home. And I can say that in this hotel I had the worst experience of my life as a guest! And all because, after arriving at midnight the day before, I was 10 minutes past the checkout time. Literally, the woman in charge of cleaning the hotel - and one of her sons, who must be a minor and I don't know if he can legally be working in this place - pushed me out of the hotel.
I hope this message is read by the owners and managers of the hotel: that woman is NOT in a position to attend to anyone; She does NOT have the capacity OR the willingness to attend to people and work in a space of hospitality. These people CANNOT be working in this place.

Terrible hotel! We're not inhabited! We arrived at 6:00 p.m., no phone calls, no money taken. Customer orientation 0. Nobody answered the door, everything's locked, the tubes will be taken. Terrible customer orientation. I strongly recommend against this hotel

Bad experience

I will not book at that place again, terrible service from the administration, literal absence, I never saw anyone and they don't answer the phones, we had problems with hot water and parking, there is no person attentive to solve anything.
The free parking thing is not true, it is misleading advertising, there are 4 apartments and two parking spaces and they do not respect reservations, they change the conditions even when they are written in the mail.
There is no noise insulation, you can hear everything from the other departments
Normal facilities for the price, beds and bathroom good, I didn't use the rest.
In short, I will never return, next time I will pay more attention to the opinions, on Google and here there were comments about bad service and I did not consider them, my mistake.
