An excellent experience to remember iii
Our stay at the Novotel Arica was excellent. We traveled as a family and were very satisfied with the service, comfort, and atmosphere of the hotel. We especially highlight the quality of the food and beverages; everything was truly 10/10. The staff was always friendly and willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, a completely recommended place to enjoy and relax with family.

Contemporary hotel with a great location, but disappointing cleanliness and service
Novotel Arica is a contemporary hotel in a fairly good location, right across from the beach, in an area that is currently undergoing significant renovation. The lobby is modern and attractive, with a very nice restaurant.
The rooms are quite spacious, but unfortunately the décor feels very sparse, cold, and somewhat impersonal.
For me, however, the two biggest issues were cleanliness and service.
First, cleanliness was simply not up to the standard I would expect from a Novotel. I have attached photos showing dust on the walls and urine stains in the bathroom. These are basic things that should be addressed before a room is given to a guest.
Second, the service was very disappointing. I identified myself as an Accor member and asked for a second bottle of water. The first bottle had not been placed in my room, so it had to be brought up later, and when I requested another one, I was told it was not possible.
I also asked for a pair of slippers, as I had forgotten mine, and was told that slippers were reserved for guests staying under certain rates. Finally, I asked for some hand lotion, since there was a sign in the room indicating that additional amenities could be requested, only to be told that they did not have any.
Overall, I felt there was very little recognition or consideration for being an Accor member, and the service was extremely basic. Refusing a pair of slippers to a guest seems like a particularly unnecessary way to save a very small amount of money at the expense of the guest experience.

They missed a great opportunity to retain a guest.
They had the chance to surprise me and retain me, but they let it pass; lack of cleanliness, lack of friendliness, not everyone.
It was our birthdays, and I had to indicate more than 3 times that they give us a complimentary surprise.

Perfect rest just steps from the beach
Excellent experience at Novotel Arica. I highlight the quality of the service, the attention of the staff, and their excellent facilities, such as the pool and the gym. Additionally, its location is ideal, just steps from the beach.
The food is very tasty and varied, which complements a very pleasant stay. Without a doubt, an excellent alternative to rest and enjoy Arica.

Rest, beach, and an incredible view in Arica.
Very good experience at Novotel Arica. The hotel has an excellent location, practically a step away from the beach and just a few minutes from downtown Arica, allowing guests to enjoy both tranquility and the city. Additionally, the boardwalk has a very nice landscape for walking and relaxing; since we went as a family, there is a boardwalk full of games for children.
The room was very comfortable, especially the bed; one can feel the rest after a day of sightseeing or work.
The buffet breakfast is of very good quality, varied and delicious. The bar also stands out quite a bit, especially for the local craft beer, which is highly recommended.
Another very positive point is the children's corner, well thought out and entertaining for families.
