Sooo disappointing. I can say it is 24hr because I arrived at 3am after a bus delay, BUT all else was horrible. Bed felt so old it left my back today in knots. No hot water and not even like-warm. The lone pillow was like a napkin it was so think and worthless. Floor was so dirty I tried not to think about it.

We will never return again - IMPORTANT TO READ

If you have allergies to the concrete insect, I recommend you not to stay here. We decided to leave the same afternoon as our arrival due to this plague in the room, previously we had changed rooms for a broken key in the door (we had barely tried to enter) and we arrived at one with this plague, we requested a full refund, but Hector (the manager) charged us 15 USD only for check-in, even though we did not use the room. Fortunately, after contacting Booking’s customer service, we managed to get a refund.
It was a very unpleasant experience, as all they did was charge us without offering any solution, what we needed was to be returned all the cash we delivered, as, we had to look for a new room promptly and it was almost all unavailable. All very bad.

NEGLIGENCE HOTEL LE PRINCE ARICA

I got ALL my clothes stained, including my tuff suit for a hotel employee's negligence. We left things in the hold where luggage is stored when you leave the hotel, assuming it was safe, how did this end? My suit was completely stained by red floor wax, my feathers were broken and the plume’s electrical circuit wasted. Apart from that, as I mentioned before, they stained all my clothes, which are branded and new, with the same liquid. I made the claim and the only solution they gave me is "we will send it to you to wash" explaining that my suit can NOT be washed because the suit is mostly made of sequins (they fade and would look worse the suit) and the feathers for obvious reasons cannot be wet, besides that the wax was already dry when we realized why no one in the hotel had informed us of the incident occurred and we realized in the terminal when we already had to return to Antofagasta. We made the pertinent claim at SERNAC and the answer the hotel gave me was that we didn’t tell you anything when we left, and OBVIOUSLY that we wouldn’t tell you anything if no one informed us that they spilled the wax on top of all my things, and since it was already dry it didn’t look in the black backpacks. I demand answers from the company and full refund of damages, or else, send a Bolivian dressmaker to make the suit again and buy all the clothes affected. Anyway, we'll proceed with the complaint.
