Bad very bad

This hotel does not prioritize its guests with the theme of parking. Very bad service.... They don't help you, the answer is that anyone can use the parking lot even those who are not staying at the hotel.

Bad experience, they oversell rooms.

Bad experience, they don't respect reservations, they oversell the rooms. They told me that they would look for a hotel because they oversold the reservations, since they couldn't find a place to relocate me.
They kept me until 1 am walking around Antofagasta looking for where to relocate, they didn't even give me a glass of water for the inconvenience.
There were two nights, at the end of the first night (in another place) he had to return to his hotel again for the second night, a joke.
If you have business in the area, look for a serious hotel that respects reservations. Or at least apologize and compensate for the damage caused.

Accommodation at Ibis Antofagasta

The standard of the Ibis does not disappoint those who already know it. What bothers me a little is the shower door that always lets water run out. Furthermore, the price is a little higher than what is offered, as not even a minibar is available in the rooms.
