"The magic of the hotel in the desert"

Excellent experience from entry to exit. Their concerned staff is always willing to address your concerns.
Spacious, clean room, only a bathroom with a tub that makes it difficult for elderly people to enter the shower.
Wonderful breakfast, offers a great variety and quick replenishment.
Offers a buffet for dinner with a variety of dishes and very good prices.
It has a casino, which allows for entertainment without having to go out at night, but it needs to modernize its gaming machines.
100% recommendable.

Hotel is nice...services and restaurant, very difficient.

The Hotel Infrastructure is great ...the service is very low poor quality.
The hotel is well located, the room are big, ocean view and big space for relax. When it comes to restourant, dinner and breakfast, the services is very difficient.
Dinner at the buffet is terrible. Lines before getting a table and they charge the buffet before the dinner and then you need pay again for the drinks... the renewal of food is occacional. The hot buffet run out of the main courses, and even the BBQ was not timely replaced. The lady of BBQ touched the meat with her on hand to test tenderness. The salads were ok, cheviche was good, but overall the buffet experience was bad. We had to almost beg for the drinks, and at the moment we finished, no desserts were left.
The non-buffet restaurant is Ok, but it doesnt open on Mondays. The food there is good, but at the moment to charge the bill to the room, we had to pay the tip by Credit Card. Waiters said that if it is charged to the room, they dont get their tip!!!
Breakfast is ok, but dont expect fresh bakery. The bread and others bakary pre-frozen.
In summary, look TripAdvisor, if you look for a proper meals - restaurant at your hotel.

Unexpected luxury at Enjoy Antofagasta

The Enjoy Antofagasta hotel has some of the best rooms I've ever stayed in: they're so spacious they seem the size of my own apartment. The bathroom is huge, comfortable and with all the amenities one can expect from a high-end hotel. Breakfast is simply world class, with variety and quality that surprise. While I only stay here for work purposes, I appreciate every opportunity to enjoy such a complete and luxurious experience.

Unsanitary room

I booked a junior suite room and upon entering the room immediately the conditions that this carpet was with recent (still wet) stains dirty terrace with rest apparently from the previous passenger. The hotel offers me a discount but that I stay in that room is the solution one that they propose, I tell them that I prefer to be lowered in room category but there I would not stay in a place where it is disgusting as evidenced by the photographs. The hotel staff unempathetic and unwilling to solve the situation only offer a discount the hotel management contact her and she gets rid of the problem NEVER AGAIN enjoy Antofagasta
