Friendly Place
I stayed in a one bedroom apartment for a week with my wife.
The complex is about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Ravda. We found most of the people there were regular visitors who had stayed many times before.
The complex itself was quiet but we were at the end of the season!

ANIMAL ABUSE
I stayed in an apartment here for several weeks. I don't recommend to do this at the end of season. (Before I start, I will say that the security workers were really nice and friendly).The apartment was nice, but the old lady owner is very unfriendly and scary. I was told to have her help me check in and she wouldn't give me the keys at first. I had people with me that could translate to her, but she could speak English, she just didn't want to help me. She acted like she didn't want me there at all. It was really disturbing. My friends that dropped me off told me if I needed any help to call them, since they knew that this might not be a good place. She eventually gave me the keys and told me to stay away from the outside area because they were doing construction. Then she tried yelling at me a different time for no reason. She is a very unhappy person and should not be around animals, which will take you to my next point....The worst part.
This place has a friendly dog chained up in front of the office and he was very skinny when I first saw him. I visited him everyday and never saw anyone take care of him until the day I left. I started to feed him because he was looking so sad and skinny. I did see some of the workers go by, but they were not nice to him. Only one worker I talked to was nice him. He actually said sorry to me about the chain, so he knows it is not right. When I had the chance I tried to ask the owners to get him a better place to stay, but that obviously did not work. I was also told that he gets walked twice a day, but I always saw him chained. He has no freedom and no space to roam around, never able to go swimming or just be a normal dog. They use the dog for security because they are too cheap to buy a camera. How disgusting and archaic. This is ANIMAL ABUSE and makes Bulgarians look bad. I know for a fact that many Bulgarians do not treat animals this way. This place has a dark presence and there are a few other things I found out from local people about this place. If you go here during the summer you will probably not know about these things, but you should be aware that some things that go on at this place may not be safe or legal.
THE IMPORTANT POINT: This place should not be allowed to have animals, and I urge you to tell the owners to release the dog to a better home. Please. Thank you.

3-weeks holidays
We spent a holiday here in June and July 2013 the family with 3 young children (1 year, 7 and 7 years).
From the very beginning, when booking, we liked the attitude of the hotel to potential guests.
I booked a 1 bedroom apartment, but the older children - a boy and a girl can not sleep together on the couch. Therefore, the hotel offered a change to a 2 bedroom apartment - and at no additional cost.
Check in was quick and very ... happy. All the staff were very friendly and helping. Payment of the vacation we have taken only after they learned that the room suits us and everything in the room in order.
The apartment was great. 2-storey, with 2 balconies overlooking the sea (with direct sea view), sitting chairs and table. Everything at the apartment were exactly as describet at booking web-site.
Kitchen was fully -equipped, including even all kitchen utilities, forks, knives, spoons, and so on! Even salt, pepper and sugar. Microwave was powerful, but toaster didn't work. Another minus was that the refregirator was very small and for our gig family it was a trouble. Every second day we had do have a trip to supermarket.
I cooked mostly myself and the meat we used to buy from LIDL supermarket wich is located appr. in 3 km from the hotel.
The very good point of this hotel is location. It is separated from all crowded noisy Ravda by Emerald beach resort. The place is very quiet and clean, the beach is near and good.
Sunbeds and umbrellas were enough. The bad thing on the beach are corn-sellers, they are tooo noisy. In june beach was clean, but in middle of July became quiet diry from this corn. It seemes like nobody cleans.
Swimming pool was ok, separated pool for kids. People in house were friendly, mainly families with kids, so it was very fun time for them. It needs to have even small slide for the pool. Small kids playground is located behind the restaurant near big satellites and not separated, so kids have to be watched.

UPALNY URLOP
Spokojna, cicha okolica z dala od miastowego zgiełku. Bardzo duży czysty basen. Przy basenie mała gastronomia, można tanio i smacznie zjeść np. piwo 0,5L 2,5leva nuggetsy z frytkami i sosem 8leva, a na śniadanie tosty z frytkami za 4leva są też napoje wyskokowe. Leżaki i parasole do dyspozycji dla gości. Niestety niektóre leżaki są w nie najlepszym stanie (połamane). Ja mieszkałem na 4 piętrze (jest winda) apartament 23 cicho, pokój duży z kuchnią i ładnym widokiem, balkon, osobna sypialnia klimatyzacja działał sprawnie. Czasem był problem z bezpiecznikiem, który co jakiś czas wywalał. Pokój teoretycznie na 4 osoby, ale rozkładany dwuosobowy fotel nie nadaje się do spania(strasznie niewygodny, zapadnięty). Trochę daleko na plażę, bo na tej przy innym hotelu jest bardzo tłoczno, ale za to czysto. Co do czystości w samym obiekcie to mam kilka zastrzeżeń, ruszające i połamane kafelki i brudne szyby trochę psują cały urok, ale idzie się do tego przyzwyczaić. Do centrum miasta jest kilka minut. Dojazd do hotelu jest łatwy, wystarczy za rondem przy Lidlu na pierwszym skrzyżowaniu skręcić w prawo i cały czas się trzymać prawej strony i po kilku minutach jesteśmy na miejscu. Niedaleko Lidla jest park wodny niestety straszne tłumy, długie kolejki. Ogólnie polecam, dzieci mają gdzie spędzać czas, mały ruch samochodów. Kilka zdjęć otoczenia.

Udany pobyt.
Byliśmy z dwojgiem dzieci. Dzieci bardzo zadowolone. Plaża. Basen.Słońce. Cena odpowiednia do warunków. Będziemy wracać.
Jest tutaj duża grupa rodzin, które jeżdżą tutaj od lat. Miłe towarzystwo. Angielskie dzieciaki uczą polskie dzieci angielskiego,a nasze polskiego. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Nesebaru. Jeździliśmy przedtem do Słonecznego Brzegu. Wolimy jednak Rutland i Rawdę. Jest sielsko i mniej ludnie. Jedzenie wszędzie bardzo dobre.
Warto tu przyjeżdżać.
Jest tutaj duża grupa rodzin, które jeżdżą tutaj od lat. Miłe towarzystwo. Angielskie dzieciaki uczą polskie dzieci angielskiego,a nasze polskiego. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Nesebaru. Jeździliśmy przedtem do Słonecznego Brzegu. Wolimy jednak Rutland i Rawdę. Jest sielsko i mniej ludnie. Jedzenie wszędzie bardzo dobre.
Warto tu przyjeżdżać.
