Nice hotel

We stayed June 2024, just before the season started so the hotel was fairly quiet. The staff were very helpful, the hotel is immaculately clean, not a thing out of place. My wife had a massage, which she said was very good.
Breakfast was a buffet which was plentiful and tasty. We had a salad for lunch, which was nice. Pricing was very reasonable.
There is a gym but it is quite small with only a treadmill and multi gym.
There is a relax area for over 12 years old, however, it is not enforced, and the waterfall attracts younger children, who were screaming with excitement. This might bother some people, but for us, it was not a problem.
The location of the hotel is good, close by to beaches and all restaurants and entertainment.
All in all, very nice stay and would recommend it to others.

Great stay with one flaw

I stayed at the Siena Palace in June with my mom. The building is new, high standard, not so big, which I personally prefer.
The staff is very friendly, nevermind if it’s at the pool bar, the dining room or the reception.
The manager was very helpful, had always time and was controlling the standard of the hotel, which was a job great done. And he vas very handsome
The only negative aspect was the room cleaning- in our room it was practically non existent. Only the trash bins and the astray were emptied and towels changed, no cleaning at all besides that. No bed making, no vacuuming, no cleaning the balcony, no cleaning of the bathroom.
All in all i highly recommend the hotel, it has everything You need and more. I would definitely revisit.

Much better than expected!

We stayed there for one week and enjoyed every bit of that! Hotel is fresh (build 5 years ago) and you can see that everywhere. Nice architecture, very nice pools area. Room (2 + 1) was still pretty large and we had enough space for everyone. Air condition worked perfectly, fridge was small but quite enough for any drinks we brought from the shops around. TV set offered hundreds of channels (but we focused on football Euro 2020 ;-) Bathroom with shower (cabin was pretty spacious with gliding doors), every day we had a new set of cosmetics and clean towels. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners - breakfasts were sort of standard but we never complained as there was a huge choice of fruits and vegetables, fresh bread (well coffee was from an instant coffee brewer). On the other hand we were quite surprised by the way the dinners were served - every day there was something new so we were never bored. Due to our meetings with friends we asked to change dinner to lunch twice - it was no problem and the menu at lunch was more than satisfying. So here we should say a few words about service: people were extremely friendly and helpful, able to speak English and Russian. Last but not least: fitness and spa. Fitness is not too big but fully equipped with good quality machines. We could also enjoy massage and fitness training (paid extra). Overall impression: very good - we'd gladly repeat.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel with my husband in July and we will be back in a few days again with friends.The hotel is amazing, and very clean with great people who work there.It was a plus that we had safe parking place for our motorbikes.The pool is amazing and had clean towels every day.The gym was a plus for me.The barman had make us the best mohito, the food was to our taste and plenty to choose from.Thank you again ! I recommend it 100%

Miss janet

The hotel is very poor, breakfast and dinner are horrible. The staff behaved rude and when you ask for something to eat they put just a little bit in your plate. I will not visit again. Really disappointed.
