Nice modern hotel for business and good location.

Nice clean comfortable hotel. They have a store area in the lobby where you can purchase items you may have forgotten as well as drinks and snacks. The staff is very friendly and helped me connect to the printer to print a few documents. The hallways are quiet and the rooms and bathroom are modern. It’s in a nice location at the center of town across from a large pond and close to restaurants. This is the second time I have stayed there.

Certainly the strong point of the hotel is the location, it is in front of the lake and next to a shopping mall with several restaurants and shops, I made the reservation and was well attended to, but when I arrived at the room I immediately asked to change, it gave the impression that I They gave me the worst room in the hotel, it was small and smelled like mold, different from the room I booked. In the end, I paid the difference to stay in a room facing the lake, which they said was better, the bed was good, the bathroom didn't close the shower door, everything got wet. The dryer didn't work, I called and they brought another one, I was disappointed. The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh and tasty, there was plenty of parking on site.

Good value for money in Toledo/PR

We only stayed for one night and overall the hotel served us well.
Strengths:
- plentiful and varied breakfast, everything fresh and of excellent quality.
- excellent quality bed, bed linen and towels.
- excellent cleaning.
- cordial reception.
- free private parking.
- great location, in the heart of the city.
- good lighting in the room, makes it easier for women who like to put on makeup.
Negative points
- terrible acoustics, you can hear everything they say/do in neighboring rooms
- small and slow elevator
- the bedroom curtain did not block sunlight well, which made the room bright in the early hours of the morning.

Loose reception did not check in

After a 24 hour trip from New York
I was looking forward to a start of a wonderful vacation in Brazil one that waited all year for
Upon entering the hotel no one spoke English
They could not find our reservations
The one we confirmed just before we left ny
After several minutes the front counter wanted my passport drivers license
Address at home
Social security number
And my Address on Brazil
I told him I was an American visiting
Did not matter
So we left found a wonderful hotel elsewhere

Excelente hotel

Hotel muito bem localizado (de frente para o lago), organizado, limpo e com estrutura nova. Equipe muito atenciosa. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Café da manhã muito gostoso e com uma linda vista para o lago. Ficamos apenas um dia, então não é possível avaliar o serviço de quarto durante a estadia, mas na chegada estava tudo impecável.
