Poor.

Horrible, the super poorly kept rooms. The bathrooms were covered, no face towel, the bathrooms looked like paper, nor covered my husband all over. Now the worst part was the bed, making noise, the sheets so thin that you could see the other side. Horrible pads, fridge bar all rusted. Breakfast is not even spoken,bad and no options. Not to mention that I made the reservation, paid the 50% that they asked and still passed the embarrassment of being charged twice for something that had already been paid. Far from the center, poor access. Anyway... Not index to anyone.

It has everything to be an excellent hostel, but...

The rooms are cosy, we were served by exceptional people, the Mood is quiet, pool and breakfast great. But I believe I went in a bad time from the hostel, because there are no maintenance sets: in the air conditioning, in the windows of the doors, in the bathroom leaks, in addition to the lack of an expositor freezer to have easy access to water or other cold drink to buy at the reception.

I do not recommend it to anyone!

No doubt the worst experience I have had and I do not recommend this place to anyone:
1 - All the rooms I stayed in (yes, I had to change room during the stay), because the rooms presented bugs and lots of insects.
2 - Last night, I caught the northern watch trying to look through the gap of my room where I stayed with my wife. I only ended up seeing him do this, because I had gone to the reception ordered some product to kill the insects that were in the room, when I saw, I screamed and he ran. The next day, I went to the reception to talk to the Manager (7:00 in the morning), it was almost 11:00 and she did not talk to us.
Besides all this, you have a bad service and Mrs. Michele (if I don't mistake the name of the manager) is totally poorly educated and unprepared for any kind of situation. The same also wanted to show is right, wanting to discuss with me on Instagram (as I did not have feedback from the guesthouse, I went to their Instagram and I had a blunt response of the same).
Like I said, don't go to that hostel, you're gonna have a big headache.

Breakfast and poor hygiene.

The worst hostel q I've ever been. N there is hygiene, I needed an extra sheets and I simply didn't. The breakfast was so bad that I had to look for a bakery and pay extra. The pool was already green of so dirty in the 3 days I spent there. Do not recommend!
