The accommodation is abandoned
When we arrived we could not use the game hall due to lack of light. When we entered the room there was no light in the abajur, I had to order a lamp. We tried to use the jacuzzi but it did not heat even following the informed procedure, it was uncomfortable. And at the time of going into the bath came the most unpleasant surprise, the shower also did not heat up, and trying to report the problem I was overcome with the empty reception, no care and the doors locked. We paid expensive in upgrading to deluxe suite to have an awful experience. What about breakfast? What are these people? There was almost nothing, there was a cake, some kind of juice, it looked like the coffee was made of some remains. Our frigobar was empty and we could not buy frigobar items at the reception because there were very few options. Honestly has much better options currently for competitive values in the city. The guesthouse has a lot to improve, and there is room for it to happen, the administration is in the wrong branch.

Yes. Keep what you promise. But don't create expectations
But that charm is missing. That affection we imagined (in our heads) of an Inn. Breakfast very correct, nothing too much, rest time. I'd try another before coming back. But if necessary, I'd come back.

Regular accommodation
Some points that weighed heavily when evaluating were the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, except for the suite with whirlpool. In addition to the noise heard from upstairs in the morning, I woke up to the sound of footsteps in addition to the sound of water coming from the pipes in the other rooms, which bothered me a lot early in the morning. The breakfast lacks variety. Very few options and it starts late at 8am.
Personally, I thought it was a bit bad that the rooms were named and not numbered. It was annoying having to look for my room by name going from door to door through the corridors (although the receptionist told me which corridor it was, at the inn it's kind of divided and there's no sign indicating it).
Despite these points that weighed on me, I think it's a good place to stay for one or two nights. The staff are polite and helpful.
