- Muito bom, o local é um pouco escondido mais nada que dificulte de se encontrar. Atendimento muito bom, instalações novas, uma tv na sala e outra no quarto, café da manhã razoável,preço justo, recomendo.

Breakfast with very little variety, very weak. Elevator makes a very strange noise when it stops on the desired floor, enough gives fear. Bad quality Wi-Fi, very slow. The shower shower is very weak, interferes with the bath time and the room has no towel. The receptionist has zero sympathy, is not receptive and is in a bad mood, it seems like he's doing a favor by hosting you at the hotel. The parking lot (garage) is very dirty, very dirty everywhere, it looks like a loose terrain, the covered area is suitable for very few cars, all the other cars stay in the air taking rain and sun. The hotel has zero tolerance with children, I have a baby of 10 months, sometimes she wakes up early in the morning and delays sleep, I was called to attention by the noise that came from the room, if you walk inside the room they complain. Horrible location, the street is a narrow alley, due to the few parking spaces in front of the hotel, it is not possible for you to get off or put your luggage in the car, without at least counting on the common sense of the population, stopping traffic in the alley asking please to wait for you to drop the luggage, or you park the car away from the hotel and go carrying the luggage slowly. The hotel is on one street, the car park (garagen) is on another, and worse on the counter, making you have to take a long walk to save the car. Definitely not recommend, near this hotel, there is another called Hotel Real, the daily is more in mind and has none of these inconveniences. On the day I stayed in this hotel I was unfortunate, having fallen a storm, making it impossible to leave the hotel the same night, making it necessary to stay overnight there, because I would undergo a surgical procedure the next morning. A real horror movie.

I consider that I was evicted, a lot of humiliation… due to lack of communication from the hotel!

They informed us that there was a place to stay, I paid to go in as agreed at the reception, but the next day I went to another city and came across a somewhat absurd message, that the hotel staff would not renew my stay because someone else had been placed. in my room! Since all my things were there and I was in another nearby city, in the end I had to vote and remove my things and I was left without a stay and they didn't care about that either, they just asked to remove our belongings, for me they are irresponsible people and has no respect whatsoever for its customers! Bad experience!

Péssimo atendimento!

Ficamos nele em 2019, e como havia sido uma boa experiência, retornamos em 2021, mas encontramos um péssimo atendimento, toalhas encardidas e até manchadas. Não tinha nem toalha de rosto. Mas o pior foi que o quarto estava lotado de pernilongos, o teto e as paredes estavam pretos de tanto pernilongo. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e a resposta foi que todos estariam assim. Nem inseticida tinha. Impossível dormir! Não recomendo definitivamente!

Atenciosos, porém localização muito ruim.

O barulho da região é insuportável. Estava tendo festa em 3 casas diferentes e todas pareciam estar dentro do quarto.
Sem contar o quão desafinados eram os convidados de uma delas.
Atendentes atenciosos, mas me informaram que a garagem era fechada, porém o portão fica aberto o dia inteiro.
