Family holidays in an amazing place

I loved the hotel, we were in family with 4 bedrooms and the hotel was empty seemed private. The kids loved it and didn't want to leave.
I wanted a simple, small and well-structured hotel for q I could enjoy and it was all very good.

Disappointing – Severe lack of safety and comfort for families with young children

We were at the Sumaré Park Hotel on 18 and 19 July 2026 (winter period) with our two young children and we left very dissatisfied.
The main problems were:
• We received only 2 old, ripped towels for the whole family.
• We were given only a thin blanket, completely inappropriate for the cold nights of July.
• The bathroom door had no trunk, which caused insecurity and lack of privacy, especially with young children.
It is unacceptable that a hotel that welcomes families does not offer the basics of comfort, hygiene and safety. Lacked attention and minimal structure for guests with children in the middle of winter.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend the Sumaré Park Hotel. I expected much more for the amount paid.

The place of beautiful just the pool. To enter the room the staircase and very high, so that has difficulties and bad. The old hydro room without support to hold on to get in and mainly to get out. Old towels. The cold, tasteless lunch we can't even eat. Very poor breakfast.

The hotel is very nice. Everything is clean and organized. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are all new.
The only negative point is the breakfast, which fell well below expectations. But overall, excellent value for money.

Good exterior area

The hotel has a very nice outdoor area, with nets, some games and a heated pool. It has squares and bikes for indoor use.
Breakfast serves well.
Simple, but functional room.
Restaurant serves dinner at a fair price.
We only spent one night and we attended.
