Lack of manager at the restaurant

We stay in this fds. The food is reasonable. We went with our little puppy, and I think there's a little attention missing. We stayed in the restaurant area outside. The wardrobe was never in the table. We ordered beer at the pool, and not a bucket of ice came. People are attentive, but lack coordination. The lawn was with rest of party, bits of cigarettes, paper, etc.... The massage was good, but still has no spa. We changed our room, pq said it had a strong smell. The bed linen is great, but a few mimos are missing for the daily value.

Barrado in portaria

Some time ago I thought about going to this hostel that I met on the internet, this weekend I was in São Roque to have lunch with my family and went to the place to meet but the doorman simply did not let or pass the door, according to orders received from someone, I would have to return during the week being that I live in São Paulo 2h by car, I found it absurd, it would not take 15 minutes just to see the facilities. If that's the kind of care with the guests I don't want to ever pass near this place that out there I found nothing interesting

Wonderful weekend

Beautiful place well located nearby São Roque - SP, ideal for couples. Service is outstanding, all the employees are well trained. Food is very good. The hotel is implementing a Spa from Loccitane and already has a small but efficient gym. In sum a amazing place to go.
