Very nice and pet friendly

The guesthouse is very nice, the service deserves highlight. Antônia and Rô go far beyond what is planned for the functions. Sympathetic, empathic, make a difference. The hotel is really PET FRENDLY, I went with 2 dogs and had another 8 and was zero stress with owners or pets. The rooms are comfortable and have a good balcony. Everything is well kept and clean. The breakfast is very full and has items that vary from day to day. There are meals also if the guest prefers to eat there. It should be noted that in no way is a guesthouse for those who have some limitation of movement, only stairs and ramps. To regret only that the pond is dirty and unsuitable for bathing in the area of the guesthouse, which is not their fault. It was a good experience. Those who do not like dogs should choose another place, as there are many more options that do not accept them as well as this one.

Wife birthday reservation

I think there were changes in the management, because it was not like before, is lacking maintenance in the hostel in general, I complained that the air was not freezing, I removed the lid and was dirty and without a filter, the discharge is firing, balcony light on the lighter, sent a worn towel (almost torn). Breakfast was good, they only delayed repairing for those who arrived at 9am.
Unfortunately if there is no maintenance this guesthouse will lose many customers, I am one of them because I was disappointed.
My friend was able to change the room, because his air was without a filter and another was with a very dirty filter and he had to wash to stay in the room.

My experience in pousada cave del sol

The guest house is located inside the Atlantic forest, which makes the space of the surrounding area very pleasant.The beach of the guest house, a lagoon in the region is also less dirty than the others, but for bathing there, only even the pool, which is obviously excellent, clean and large and the children's also serves well.The breakfast is good, only felt a "toast" to make toast or mix hot.FUNCTIONARIES WONDERFUL, do not measure efforts to serve the host, room and dependence clean, although the bedding could be less careful, since they are white. Hostel well away from the center and sights.Needs to do everything by car.No more worth the days to relax.

Uncomfortable bed

Located on the edge of the lagoon, the hotel has a beautiful view in several points, but not from the room we stayed. Breakfast is ok, with several items, but not all of quality. The pool area is nice, but small. The staff is reduced to the high season, and lacks training to handle hospitality. But what bothered me most was the discomfort of the hotel new wing mattress: it looked like we were on the floor. After the first night I communicated the discomfort, but the solution found (putting an old mattress over the hard) did not solve the problem.

A place in the sun

The guesthouse is very cozy, very well looked after and maintained.
A place with a wonderful view.
Very peaceful close to nature.
Very spacious and comfortable room. Smelling bed linen, everything very clean.
Very diverse breakfast.
Right next to the Lagoon.
