Excellent support point for starting and arriving on dune walks.

The place has a shower and bathroom for those leaving or returning from the Lençóis tour. Additionally, the restaurant serves delicious Malaysian shrimp. At the back of the restaurant there is a river where you can wet your feet. The service is very good.

I do not recommend

I do not recommend. We had a problem with the shower - burned and clogged, I myself had to dissolve using a washing brush and an earring mine. Also the shampoo holder was broken and the room had no body mirror.
The host's care on WhatsApp is also bad - nothing polite.
And you realized that they prioritize money at any cost, at the expense of the well-being of customers. We were charged 50 reais to enter the room a little earlier, even the room already being ready and available. When I refused and said that I would wait the schedule, they released the entrance without that cost.
The cleaning of the room follows the reverse order of most guesthouses - you need to ask to clean, and not vice versa. I only found out on the second diary, when the room was filthy and I went to watch the notes on the wall warnings.
There was no TV.
At least the air worked fine.
Also the restaurant there has a bad service. You call and no one answers you, it takes a lifetime to get to the table.
Breakfast gave pro expense but far from being good.
And the guesthouse is a little away from the center. If I had researched better, I would not have stayed there. For the same value you will find others with better cost-benefit.

Great structure

This review is not about accommodation but as a restaurant and point of support to the tourist.
The establishment has great structure.
Like restaurant or bar, many tables and varied options in the menu (a la carte, dish of the day, snack, pizza...).
As tourists, we could use their showers and bathrooms before and after the activities.
The service is friendly and agile.

Matteus was an excellent concierge for all our tour and transport needs! He is one of two English-speaking persons in Santo Amaro. Surprisingly, most people did not speak Spanish either, so Matteus was especially important (and patient) at all hours for our needs. The hotel is very basic, as are all of the in-town options. The breakfast is very good, with all the options we needed. The location on the river is quiet and lovely, with swimming and kayak rental right from the property.

Bad Service, inflexible with schedules, we asked for a tapioca at 9:05 for the coffee that ended at 9:00 and did not accept to make. Bad care, no empathy, dirty outdoor bathrooms, bad food served at lunch, cold shower only, air conditioning not working properly. We won't come back. The location is very good.
