GREAT RECLAMATION AND REQUIREMENT FOR REMUNERATION
I left the guesthouse early on January 17 (original reservation period from 15 to 22), due to a series of serious irregularities and hostile treatment by the management of the Pousada Aurora Boreal.
The reasons that made the stay unbearable are:
Divergence of location and insecurity: I was relocated to the Aurora Boreal 2 unit without notice. The property is approximately 900 metres from the centre, accessible by a road and without proper lighting. The route is deserted for pedestrians at night. (although the city is super safe, the road did not have lighting)
Hygiene and lack of infrastructure: The provided sheets had holes (appearing to be cigarette burns). In addition, the room did not have a hot shower. Although he requested the room change, the problem persisted in the second room, making basic hygiene impossible with comfort.
Sossego disorder: At 7:30 a.m., the guesthouse allows the entrance of tour vendors who play saxophone next to the rooms, making it impossible to rest.
Coating and Bad Care: When communicating my decision to leave the hostel for the reasons stated, the person responsible was extremely poorly educated. I was forced to sign the check-in document only at the time of departure, in a clear attempt to validate a stay that was precarious from the beginning.
Faced with the disobedience of the offer and the disrespectful treatment, I am demanding the immediate return of the unused days (18 to 22). I ended up staying at another establishment to ensure my integrity and comfort.

My stay at Pousada Autora Boreal 2 was frustrating from start to finish.
Poor hygiene: the rooms are only cleaned every two days. On one of the occasions, they didn't even get to the job of forging the bed. This is unacceptable for any accommodation.
Unorganized and insufficient breakfast: there were about 15 guests and the amount of food served was not even close to meeting everyone. Example: only 6 tapiocas for 15 people. And when the items were finished, they weren't repurposed. The result was a poor and poorly administered breakfast.
Lack of attention: There is no reception to support or solve problems. The guest is left with no one to turn to.
In short, this is a poorly managed, disorganized and disrespectful hostel with its clients. I do not recommend it in any way. My feeling was of total despair.
