Very good

Simple rooms, but very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Hot water all the time, no need to wait to warm up.

Party hall pessima experience

My review refers to the hotel's party room. It is a disrespect to turn off the air conditioning during the event, even more considering the extreme heat recorded yesterday. The situation became unsustainable for the guests.
In addition, the water record almost closed caused only a wire of water to come out in the taps of the bathrooms, insufficient even to wash hands. For a space that charges very high rental values, this type of condition is simply unacceptable.
Another bad point is the sling system adopted by the hotel. The staff did not show the minimum willingness to assist in the transportation of the drinks, which became hot during the party, evidencing the lack of structure and commitment of the employees.
Extremely negative experience, which demonstrates disorganization, bad will and total neglect with those who pay expensive expecting quality.

Just OK

I reckon that any mid-range business hotel would offer more comfort than this one. PROS: close to UFSM, therefore less traffic if you need to get there. CONS: quite old, bad gym.
Breakfast was ok. I just had a soup for dinner, but that was good.

Maintenance seems to be a problem

We were 6 divided in 3 rooms, and the opinion of all of us was quite similar. Pros: if you are travelling to some other place, this is a convenient location, as you avoid the traffic in the city. Staff was also very helpful, and breakfast was quite good. We also had a good sleep, and the mattress was good. Wi-fi was working properly also in the rooms.
Cons: that night was raining, and the parking lot is not covered, and not paved. And the worst point was maintenance. There were many cracks on the wall of our room, and 2 out of the 3 rooms we reserved had problems with the shower. One had only hot water (almost boiling) so they had to use the shower of another room. The other one, after using the shower, they could not stop it from pouring hot water, so they had to change to another room.
