Exceeded my expectations

Great location, comfortable mega beds, clean bathroom, we were very well served by Flavio who even accompanied us up to the elevator (very polite).
Breakfast with wonderful cakes, we went for coffee on top of the schedule and the cup maker even made measured eggs for us.
We'll come back

Won't come back

Shower with too much pressure, enough hurts the body. It looked like I was taking a needle bath.
Water without pot.
Single bed does not fit one Cover.
Very good service, cleaning as well.
Extremely simple coffee.

Won't come back

Comfortable bed,. I stayed in a room on the ground floor, the shower had no box was curtain, water slipped all out pretty uncomfortable. Breakfast is good. But I bought a coke and did not take and did not exchange, they said that they had already given down in stock, a lot of want to help the attendant. I won't stay again.

Nice hotel

We stayed in a room on the ground floor, small and comfortable. The bed and pillows are very good; the breakfast is simple but tasty. The shower has hot water, but not peeling. The only negative detail is the acoustic insulation which is not very good, so we hear noises from the upper floors and the TV from the next room. Overall, it was a good experience.

Service

I would like to give a compliment to the employees Lucas, Daniela and Jéssica for their service on April 7th and 8th.
In addition to an excellent reception, they provided concierge service, delivery instructions from Lucas, patience in waiting for Jéssica to receive proof of payment on Saturday morning and I believe it was she who sent a message via WhatsApp because she had forgotten a piece of clothing in the room. To Daniela for meeting us in the middle of the night to pick up our clothes, as well as calling a car so we could get to the bus station, as well as chatting, even though we were no longer staying at the hotel.
All extremely polite and friendly. A friendly and excellent service!
