Creating Affective Memory

My experience was wonderful, and I was accompanied only by my 10-year-old grandson.
From the moment of my arrival, we received courtesy and efficient care. The entire staff of professionals, reception, kitchen and maids, always kind and ready to meet our needs.
The facilities are good, always clean and organized, especially the games room that has a variety of fun for the young.
The breakfast is rich and varied, serves the various tastes and at dinner there are sandwich options for those who do not want to eat food.

Good choice for family

We are in a family with a 4-year-old child. I consider the hotel a good option, with generous breakfast, simple room, would add a support table and chairs. Friendly staff and with good guidance to tourists. We used the leisure area near the reception, the temperature was not favorable for the use of the pools.

Em relação a piscina, talvez a sensação tenha sido influenciada em um dia muito frio, já que mantemos nossa piscina aquecida em 33 graus C, conforme as normas técnicas. Wonderful hotel

Excellent hotel that I stayed in 2024 and now in March 2026, it is the second time I return to the city and stayed in the hotel. The hotel offers great service, quality infrastructure, airy rooms and everything very clean. Reception with structure, breakfast with plenty of variety, great staff, heated outdoor and indoor swimming pool, Wi-Fi, games room and TV, kids area, private parking and great location with several options nearby. Everything very clean and well taken care of. My family loved it from the first time and we will definitely come back more times. Congratulations to the manager who always provided us great service as well.

Great stay but breakfast needs to improve

Our stay at the hotel was, overall, very positive. The cleanliness deserves emphasis — everything is extremely clean and organized. The rooms are simple but comfortable and very well cared for. The service was also exceptional, with attentive and cordial staff throughout the stay. The leisure area is very good and contributed a lot to the experience.
The only thing left to be desired was breakfast. We observed few options and insufficient quantity for the number of guests present. On one of the days, we unfortunately found moist bread. The cheese served in wrapped slices was inconsistent: some portions seemed frozen and others did not unroll easily. The juice seemed to be industrialized and there was no past coffee, besides there was no salty option other than breads and colds and eggs.
With small adjustments at breakfast, the experience would surely be excellent in all respects.

Reasonable by price

The hotel is good for what is proposed, visit the park, as it is relatively close. Meanwhile I found the daily above the city's average for what it offers. The rooms are simple, but of good size. Grab the most expensive, as the others are headed to the street which is very noisy. Breakfast ok, has an outdoor pool and a covered one that would be wonderful if it was integrated into a sauna. There are no cool places to eat nearby!
