Excellent cost-effective and renovated rooms

I stayed at Hotel Cantareira Niterói recently and had a much better experience than I imagined. I stayed in a newly renovated room, all very new, clean and well taken care of. It is clear that the hotel is undergoing improvements and investing a lot in the structure.
The room was very comfortable, good bed, air-conditioned working perfectly and well organized bathroom. The environment conveyed a sense of care and cleanliness.
Another point that I found very positive was the management of the hotel. The entire staff seemed well aligned, quick service, polite and always trying to help. That makes a lot of difference in experience.
The location is also great, close to several important points of Niterói. For the value of the daily, I found the cost-benefit excellent.
I would definitely stay there again.

Bad experience

Bad experience, I came to work, reception turned off phone in my face, I tried contact several times, hotel only with an elevator, breakfast crowded, few options, it is mandatory the full daily payment, tv I had problems when I arrived and I did not watch again, I am staying in the hotel, but frustrated.

The front desk staffs were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is ok. My complained was the smell of their bathroom. Their toilet bowl smelled like a malodorous sewer that we have to close the bathroom door all the time. Breakfast was good.

I don't indicate to anyone

Unfortunately my experience was only good in the service via WhatsApp and in the reception when I arrived. The facilities in bad conditions, dirty room, walls stained in with insects, dirty curtain, air conditioning that didn't work right and still made a lot of noise, bed without sheets, old mattress and
Spotted blades too, dirty bathroom scented blanket with sludge, yellow stains on the floor and box. Breakfast ok but incomplete.
